Shipping Policy


THE G LABEL BOUTIQUE utilizes USPS  or UPS as a primary shipping carrier. Orders ship priority mail, which can take 2-3 days for orders to be shipped throughout the United States to arrive depending on the postal service in your area.

While we are always striving to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your order and ship it out.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been prepared along with an email sending your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to theglabelboutique@gmail.com.

On occasion, it may take longer than usual for your package to arrive. Please note, THE G LABEL BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any delays caused by any shipping carrier used.

We have added Route - Protection & Tracking to our website. With Route, customers will be able to add package protection against loss, theft, and damage right on the checkout page. We ask that all customers use this service to ensure Package Protection & Tracking. 

If you've not used Route and your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact the relevant shipping carrier for further information. 
If you've not used Route and your order is missing:
1. File Claim with the relevant shipping carrier;
2. File police report;
3. Wait for shipping carrier investigation results.
THE G LABEL BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
CUSTOMERS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION/TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU WOULD'VE INPUTTED THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.
RETURN TO SENDER
If this occurs, when your order arrives back to us we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address so your order can be resent.

While we are happy to resend an order, customers will have to cover any associated shipping charges.

ORDERS SENT BACK AS  "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR AS "RETURN TO SENDER" ARE SUBJECT TO A RE-SHIPPING FEE.
You will receive a PayPal invoice for RE-shipping. 
Once it is paid, we will reship the item.

We ship/deliver (where appropriate) anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. 

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays (unless explicitly stated otherwise). 

Delivery

24 hour rush delivery - Your order will be delivered 24 hours after payment is confirmed and verified.  

48 hour standard delivery - Your order will be delivered 48 hours after payment is confirmed and verified. 

You will be contacted via whatsapp for your preferred delivery address to be sent. Please note that your delay in sending the preferred location will cause a delay with delivery.
